Open a certified course, sign in, and complete the Enroll Now form. Paid courses are confirmed after payment; free courses confirm immediately. After you enroll, our team contacts you, arranges your group, and connects you for the further class sessions.

The KiwisIoT team will connect with you after enrollment. They arrange learner groups and then reach out with the schedule and joining details for your class sessions. You do not start sessions on your own — wait for the team to contact you.

Class sessions start after the team has connected with you and placed you in a group. You then attend the scheduled online sessions with your group and complete the lessons. Stay current with each session so your mentor can track attendance and progress.

A mentor monitors your class attendance, learning progress, and submitted work. They review whether you are completing sessions and tasks on the certification path and flag anything that still needs attention.

Each course includes practical tasks after the class sessions — typically a theory test, a project or hands-on submission, and a viva or evaluation where required. You must complete these tasks for your mentor to approve certification. If you fail the test, we reschedule it so you can attempt it again and complete the course.

If you fail the test, it is rescheduled for another attempt. You can still complete the remaining tasks and earn your certificate after you pass the rescheduled test.

Your KiwisIoT certificate is issued after enrollment, class sessions, mentor review, and successful task completion are verified — including a passing test result, even if that was on a rescheduled attempt. Once issued, the certificate stays verifiable on the platform.
